Prof. Dr. Mustafa Yavuz is a faculty member in the Department of Educational Administration at Necmettin Erbakan University, Ahmet Keleşoğlu Faculty of Education. He is the founder of the Research-Oriented School Accreditation and Evaluation Center. He teaches courses such as Comparative Education, Comparative Educational Administration, Educational Leadership, and Qualitative Research.

In addition to being a contributing author to various textbooks, he is the author of books titled Children and Youth Who Bring About Inventions and Learning Leadership, and the editor of the book published under the title Research-Oriented School. He currently serves as the field editor for educational administration at the journal Education and Science (SSCI).

Some of the journals where his articles have been published include: The Journal of Educational Research (SSCI), Education and Science (SSCI), Hacettepe University Journal of Education (SSCI), and Educational Sciences: Theory and Practice (SSCI).
