Abstract Submission Format

Abstracts from all fields of educational sciences are welcome.

Guidelines for Preparing Abstracts

  • The submission language for abstracts must be either Turkish or English (both the Turkish and English abstracts should be submitted together).
  • Abstracts should be structured following the scientific research process, including problem statement, research objectives and significance, methodology, population and sample selection, data collection process, data analysis, findings, and discussion sections.
  • The abstract should be between 400 and 600 words (for both the Turkish and English versions).
  • No citations should be included in the abstract.
  • Submitted abstracts will undergo a double-blind peer review process, meaning that reviewers will not be aware of the authors’ identities.
  • Author information must be entered into the Abstract Submission System during submission. Please ensure that no author details are included in the abstract file.
  • At least two independent reviewers will review all abstracts.

Oral Presentation Guidelines

  • Each presentation will have a total duration of 15 minutes (10 minutes for presentation + 5 minutes for Q&A).
  • Presentations may be delivered in Turkish or English.
  • All sessions will be moderated by a session chair.
  • Each session room will be equipped with a computer, projector, and microphone.
  • Technical infrastructure will be provided for the use of videos and internet-based content during presentations.
