I am currently employed as an Associate Professor in the Department of Educational Sciences at Niğde Ömer Halisdemir University. I obtained my undergraduate degree in 2007 from the Faculty of Education at Hacettepe University, Department of Primary Education. I completed my Ph.D. in 2015 at Fırat University, Institute of Educational Sciences, in the Department of Educational Administration, Supervision, Planning, and Economics. In 2022, Turkish Interuniversity Board (ÜAK) awarded me the title of Associate Professor in the field of Educational Sciences (Educational Administration).

The primary focus of my current research endeavours is on the contextualisation of the dynamic relationships among educational administration, higher education, teacher training, educational policy, classroom management, and leadership practices in education. I am currently employed at Niğde Ömer Halisdemir University, where I contribute to both research and teaching in these fields.
